Maritime domain knowledge. You understand how vessels trade, how chartering works, or how cargo is priced. You speak the language of ship broking.
Product mindset. You think in terms of user problems and outcomes, not just feature lists. You are comfortable questioning requirements.
Technical depth. For engineering roles: experience with TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and modern React. Comfort with infrastructure and deployment.
Ownership. We are a small team. Everyone wears multiple hats. We need people who take initiative and do not wait to be told what to do.
