When do I pay?
Commission is charged only after a transaction is marked completed through the platform workflow. You are never charged for browsing, listing, or initiating an offer.
How is commission calculated?
Vessel sale transactions use a 0.5% platform commission. Cargo-vessel matching and freight transactions use a 1% platform commission. Final commercial terms still depend on the agreement between the parties.
What if a deal falls through?
If a transaction does not close, no commission is charged. Any payment refunds or reversals depend on the configured payment processor and the parties' agreement.
Are there listing fees?
No. Listing a vessel for sale, posting an available vessel, or creating a cargo request is completely free.
